Position overview

urWave is looking for a Sales Representative who can find new customers, understand what they need, and follow through with care.

You will introduce urWave solutions to companies that want better customer communication, automation, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Find and approach new business customers through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-up.
  • Understand each customer need and explain the right urWave solution clearly.
  • Move opportunities from first conversation to meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Keep customer updates and next steps clear for the team.
  • Help the customer start smoothly after the deal is closed.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or finding new customers.
  • Confidence in reaching out to new customers and starting useful conversations.
  • Ability to explain digital solutions in simple business language.
  • Organized follow-up and clear ownership of your work.
  • Experience in software, telecom, WhatsApp Business, CRM, or automation is a plus.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. English is a plus.
